CARBS ARE NOT BAD FOR THE 99TH TIME

I’ll REPEAT MYSELF UNTIL I AM BLUE IN THE FACE. CARBS ARE NOT BADDDD….

WEIGHT GAIN IS BASED UPON THE ENERGY BALANCE RELATIONSHIP OF ENERGY IN VERSUS ENERGY OUT. IF YOU EAT MORE THAN YOU USE, YOU WILL GAIN WEIGHT.

Carbohydrates are important for your brain function, muscle function, intestinal function, and lastly providing you with energy for your workouts. If you’re someone who works out regularly, you can understand how a low-carb diet could hinder your ability to fuel through a workout and recover from training sessions properly. Well How do I know If I am not eating enough carbs? Bowel/digestive problems (due to lack of fiber) Micronutrient deficiency Lethargic Decreased physical performance Poor muscle recovery after workouts Mental fatigue Difficulty building muscle There are many out there that I have Come across and mention, ” Well I am not giving up Carbs forever, just for 4-6 Weeks.” I am like NOOOOOOOO……. If you do that, your hormones, nervous system and body will take a beating and it will need to actively recover from it. It cannot recover in a caloric deficit, which many will stay on, even post, “Diet” When you are dieting, Thyroid levels will drop, Cortisol will increase, Leptin will drop and metabolic rate will slow. Although this comes with Dieting, and commonly normal within a diet process, your goal is to stay close to adequate as possible. Think of the Psychological factor that comes to play when dieting, let alone, which is the most important factor when trying to transform your eating lifestyle. Wouldn’t it be more practical to have an understanding of food, macro and micro nutrients? If you ask me, Natasha, will you ever give up CAKE? NOPE Natasha, will you ever give up Sugar? NOPE Natasha, will you ever give up Wine? Nope Natasha, will you ever give up Chips and Queso? Nope Two Reasons: Psychological Havoc On My Brain: The moment I can’t have “something,” my immediate response is try to configure out a way, to have it anyways, and see if I can get away with it, while stressing on every thought, of why I can’t have it. Two, there is no reason to, because I have an understanding of the law of thermodynamics, (energy cannot be created or destroyed, only converted from one form into another) I Understand Insulin. I understand that if I eat this, then that will have to take place. If weight loss, or fat loss is your Goal. Quit DIETING. Quit going after the new “Fad Diet” Quit obsessing about articles and magazines. Listen to your body. Understand, if you eat more then you use, WEIGHT GAIN WILL TAKE PLACE NO MATTER WHAT YOUR EATING. Most Importantly, quit putting so much havoc on your psychologically thinking of what to eat next. On this page, I have shared Portion control.
